L.L.P REGISTRATION (limited liability partnership): –

GST REGISTRATION: –

GST has mainly removed the cascading effect on the sale of goods and services. Removal of the cascading effect had impacted the cost of goods. Since the GST regime eliminates the tax on tax, the cost of goods decreases.

Also, GST is mainly technologically driven. All the activities like registration, return filing, application for refund and response to notice needs to be done online on the GST portal, which accelerates the processes.

  11. MCA Incorporation Certificate (in case of company).
  12. Memorandum / Articles of Association (in case of company).

GST FILLINGS: –

All registered businesses have to file monthly or quarterly GST returns and an annual GST return based on the type of business. These GSTR filings are done online on the GST portal.

SHOP/ESTIBLASHMENT REGISTRATION: –

  3. Rental agreement.

TRADEMARK REGISTRATION: –

A registered trademark establishes ownership over the brand, name or logo. It protects your brand from any unauthorized use of the third party. The registered trademark proves that the product totally belongs to you and you have exclusive rights to use, sell, and modify the brand or goods in whichever manner you want.

IEC Registration: –

An Importer -Exporter Code (IEC) is a key business identification number which mandatory for export from India or Import to India. No export or import shall be made by any person without obtaining an IEC unless specifically exempted.

TIME REQUIRED: –

10 to 15 days

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: –

  1. PAN card of the company (not applicable in case of the proprietor)
  2. Applicant’s PAN and Aadhaar card (driving license/Aadhaar/voter ID)
  3. Incorporation certificate/partnership deed
  4. Address proof (electricity bill/rent agreement/sale deed of the office location)
  5. Copy of cancelled cheque leaf/banker certificate of the current account in the name of the company.
